Rent Payment Your rent pay date is shown on your tenancy agreement. If
you are receiving Local Housing Allowance you should pass it on to us straight
away rather than waiting for the next payment date. This is because LHA is
paid in arrears and so is already late when it reaches you. You can pay your rent in four ways: - To us in person; by cash or cheque.
- Deposit into our bank account. Take the rent to any Royal
Bank of Scotland with the details below.
- By bank transfer. Many banks will do this for free,
including online banking. Please speak to your own bank to arrange with
the details below.
- By Standing Order. This is a regular transfer set up at
your branch. It will happen automatically each month and is a simple
option to pay the full amount each month.
